Quick Guide

How to use records

Use this page to find, review, edit, print, and export saved attendance records.

Filter the list. Search by employee, month, or department. Results refresh automatically.
Review the summary. Check the month, total hours, overtime, and supporting file.
Select one or more records. Tick the records you want, or use Select all visible records.
Print or export. When records are selected, Print Preview, Excel, and PDF use only those records. With no selection, they use the current filters.

Delete permanently removes a record. Use it only when the record is no longer needed.
