How to enter a timesheet

Use this page to turn a paper or digital timesheet into a saved attendance record.

Enter employee details. Employee Name is required. The ID, department, and position help identify the record.
Select the month and year. This sets the period for the attendance days.
Upload a clear file or enter rows manually. JPG and PNG files are read directly. Multi-page PDFs are scanned one page at a time.
Review every row. Check the day and all four times, then use Calculate to update hours and overtime.
Save the record. For a multi-page PDF, check and save the current employee before selecting another page. Use Save Correction when you want this page's corrections remembered next time.

Automatic reading is a starting point. Always compare the rows with the original timesheet before saving.
